Described is the novel compound genus defined according to the structure: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl useful in augmenting or enhancing the aroma or taste of consumable materials including perfumes, colognes, perfumed articles (including a solid or liquid anionic, cationic, nonionic or zwitterionic detergents) smoking tobacco and smoking tobacco articles.
