ABSTRACT:
The present invention is to provide a 3,3-dialkoxy-2-hydroxyiminopropionitrile represented by the formula (1):wherein R1and R2may be the same or different from each other, and each represent an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms,a process for preparing the same, and a process for preparing a 5-amino-4-nitrosopyrazole compound represented by the formula (4):wherein R4represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may have a substituent(s) or an aryl group which may have a substituent(s),or an acid salt thereof using the same.
