Compounds having the formula (I),are effective as inhibitors of IMPDH enzyme, wherein R3is alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, or halogen, preferably methoxy, ethoxy, or trifluoromethoxy; and R1, R2, R4, and R5are as defined in the specification.
