ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to piperazine of formula (I)whereinR represents halogen, C1-4alkyl, trifluoromethoxy or trifluoromethyl;R1is trifluoromethyl, C1-4alkyl, C1-4alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethoxy;R2is hydrogen, C1-4alkyl or C2-6alkenyl;R3represents hydrogen or C1-4alkyl;n and m are independently 0 or an integer from 1 to 3;and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, process for their preparation and their use in the treatment of condition mediated by tachykinins and/or by selective inhibition of the serotonin reuptake transporter protein.
