The present invention relates to organic chemistry.
The novel compound 2-oxo-4-(2'-difluoromethylthiophenyl)-5-methoxycarbonyl-6-methyl-1,2,3,4-t etrahydropyrimidine has the formula: ##STR1## Said compound displays coronary-dilating activity and can be utilized in medicine.
