ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to (2-oxo-2H-1-benzopyran-3-yl)aminooxoacetic acids and their derivatives having the following structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkyl or nitro and R.sub.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; these compounds are indicated in the management of allergic manifestations such as, for example, asthma, hay fever and the like.
The present invention relates to (2-oxo-2H-1-benzopyran-3-yl)aminooxoacetic acids and their derivatives having the following structural formula: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkyl or nitro. R.sub.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
