ABSTRACT:
2-(N-Aryl,N-1,2,3-thiadiazolylcarbonyl)-aminobutyrolactones of the formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is alkyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen, alkyl or halogen, R.sup.3 is hydrogen, alkyl or halogen, R.sup.4 is unsubstituted or substituted 1,2,3-thiadiazolyl and R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7, independently of one another, are hydrogen or methyl, and fungicides containing these compounds.
