A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl, R.sup.2 is carboxy or protected carboxy, R.sup.3 is amino or protected amino and R.sup.4 is lower alkyl substituted by halogen or a lower unsaturated aliphatic group, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
