ABSTRACT:
2-Chloro-N-(4,6-dimethoxy-5-pyrimidinyl)-N-[1-(1-pyrazolyl)ethyl]acetamide of the following formula: ##STR1## a herbicidal composition comprising a herbicidally effective amount of the compound of formula (I); and a method of controlling weeds which comprises applying a herbicidally effective amount of the formula (I) to the locus where the weeds are growing or will grow.
