Pyrimidinyl- or triazinyloxy- (or -thio)-carboxylic acid derivatives, processes for their preparation, and their use as herbicides or plant growth regulators
Compounds of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which A is ##STR2## and R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, X and Y are as defined in claim 1 are suitable as selective herbicides and plant growth regulators.
