ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the formula (I) and salts thereof ##STR1## where R.sup.1 to R.sup.5, A, Z, X, X', n and m are as defined in claim 1 are suitable as herbicides and plant growth regulators. They can be prepared analogously to known processes using novel intermediates of the formula (V) ##STR2##
