ABSTRACT:
Pyrazinoisoindolone derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is lower alkyl, phenyl, diphenylmethyl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl or pyrazinyl substituted with a lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or halo; and R.sup.2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or di(lower)alkylamino(lower)alkyl are useful as antihypertensive agents.
