ABSTRACT:
This invention provides 2',3'-dideoxy-2',2'-difluoronucleosides of the structure ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 -R.sup.4 are defined in the specification. These compounds have been shown to be useful for treating a variety of vital infections in experimental animals as well as having antineoplastic activity against various mouse tumors.
