ABSTRACT:
Alkyl esters of CF.sub.2 .dbd.CFCOOH can be prepared from CF.sub.2 .dbd.CFCF.sub.2 OSO.sub.2 F by addition of bromine, reaction with F.sup.- to give CF.sub.2 BrCFBrCOF, esterification, and removal of bromine with zinc dust.
