ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is 17-cyclopropylmethyl-14-hydroxy-3-methoxymorphinan-6-one. This compound is a mixed agonist (analgesic)
arcotic antagonist and therefore useful for the treatment of moderate to severe pain without the liability of inducing physical dependence.
