ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is the herbicidal use of compounds of the formula: ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 is H or CH.sub.3, and, when R.sup.1 is H, R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.3, ##STR2## and, when R.sup.1 is CH.sub.3, R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.3 and ##STR3## Compounds of the formula in which, when R.sup.1 is H, R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.3, ##STR4## and, when R.sup.1 is CH.sub.3, R.sup.2 is CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.3, are new.
