ABSTRACT:
New 1-oxa-4,8-diazaspiro[4,5]decanes are prepared by reacting a dimethyl-dialkyl-piperidone with an .alpha.-hydroxyamide in the presence of a condensation catalyst. The compounds can be used as UV stabilizers for polymers.
