Novel substituted 3-aminoprop-1-enes of formula (I) ##SPC1##
wherein X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 are the same or different and each may represent a halogen atom, methods of preparing them and pharmaceutical formulations containing them.
The above compounds have activity against infections of Trypanosoma cruzi.
