ABSTRACT:
Compounds of general formula (I)wherein R1is halo or cyano;R2is C1-C4alkyl; andR3is phenyl substituted with one or more substituents chosen from C1-C6alkyl, halo or —SO2(C1-C6alkyl);or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, complex or prodrug thereof; are useful in the treatment of diseases and conditions mediated by the action of PGD2at the CRTH2 receptor.
