ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to new 1,6-dihydro-7H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one compounds of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a stereoisomer thereof, useful for treatment of impotence diseases:wherein R1and R2may be the same or different and independently be C1-6alkyl. The present invention also provides a method of preparing the compounds of formula (I).
