ABSTRACT:
Trans-(.+-.)-2-(substituted)-6-(substituted)-5,5a,6,7,8,9,9a,10-octahydropy rido[2,3-g]quinolines are useful in treating a variety of disorders including Parkinsonism, anxiety, depression, hypertension, glaucoma, sexual dysfunction, and prolactin mediated disorders such as galactorrhea, amenorrhea, prolactinoma and the inhibition of postpartum lactation.
