Compounds having the formula ##STR1## WHEREIN R.sup.1 is the R.sup.3 --[O--(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.z C.sub.2 H.sub.4 --].sub.p group of which R.sup.3 is an alkyl group with 8 to 18 carbon atoms or an alkylaryl group whose alkyl residue has at least 8 carbon atoms, or an acyl group with at least 8 carbon atoms, p has a value of 0 or 1 but must be equal to 1 when R.sup.3 is an acyl group, and z = 0 or a whole number,
