ABSTRACT:
An ash tray is characterized as having an upwardly opening ash receiver receiving chamber circumscribed by a rim shaped to define a slot sized and arranged to removably, frictionally grip a butt end of a cigarette and to position such cigarette to upstand from within the slot with its ash and arranged to overlie the chamber.
