Compounds having the formula ##STR1## wherein X is oxygen or sulfur, R is selected from the group consisting of alkyl and alkoxy, R.sub.1 is alkoxy, R.sub.2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl and R.sub.3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl and phenyl; these compounds are active as insecticides.
