ABSTRACT:
An image communication apparatus comprises a cutter for cutting a record sheet, a detector for detecting a length of a received image, a setter for setting a length for a predetermined size and a controller for comparing the length for the predetermined size and the length of the received image and controlling the cutter such that the record sheet is cut to the predetermined size when the length of the received image is substantially equal to the length of the predetermined size and cutting the record sheet to a non-predetermined size when both lengths are different.
