ABSTRACT:
A heat-developable light-sensitive material comprising a support and at least one image-forming layer, and containing a light-insensitive silver salt, a light-sensitive silver halide and a binder, wherein the light-sensitive material comprises at least one image-forming layer which contains: a light-sensitive silver halide which has been spectrally sensitized to from 750 to 1,400 nm; and a binder comprising a polymer latex having a glass transition temperature of from -30.degree. C. to 40.degree. C. in an amount of not less than 50 wt % based on the total weight thereof, and wherein the light-sensitive material further contains a nucleating agent and at least one compound represented by formula (I) in an image-forming layer or a layer adjacent thereto: ##STR1## wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an aryl group, a halogen atom, an amino group, a nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof, or a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof.
