ABSTRACT:
The present invention comprises a method for counting a plurality of objects, wherein the objects have a discriminating aspect and are aligned such that the objects form a linear array, comprising determining the orientation of the linear array, scanning the linear array and detecting individual objects within the linear array as the linear array is scanned.
