ABSTRACT:
Pharmaceutically useful compounds having ACAT inhibitory activity of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, substituted naphthyl, a heteroaromatic group or a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are hydrogen, fluoro, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, a heteroaryl, or form a spiroalkyl group, and R.sub.4 is a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms.
