ABSTRACT:
A free-floating mount assembly for mechanical parts includes a hooking strap for cooperatively engaging structure of a machine to limit upward displacement and rotation of the assembly. It is especially adapted for use in a mechanism by which braking force is intermittently applied to and relieved from a rotating machine member.
