ABSTRACT:
The separation of diglycerides from triglycerides is performed by an adsorptive chromatographic process in liquid phase with Li-, K-, or hydrogen-exchanged omega zeolites or silica as the adsorbent. A ketone
-aliphatic hydrocarbon mixture can be selected as the desorbent.
