ABSTRACT:
A solar cell has a photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer and an electrode made of a material containing a conductive base material and a resin binder electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer, wherein the volume of voids in the electrode having a diameter of 0.1 .mu.m or greater is 0.04 ml/g or less.
