ABSTRACT:
A polysilethylenesiloxane having the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each a methyl group or a perfluoroalkyl group. The polysilethylenesiloxane has excellent resistance to acid, alkali, etc., and are curable to produce rubber products having excellent mechanical strength.
