ABSTRACT:
A method of forming a clinically unbreakable composite structure between a noble based metal and a ceramic comprising depositing a thin layer of a bonding material including finely divided particles of a noble metal halide alone or in combination with particles of a noble metal; sintering the layer at a predetermined temperature between 1775.degree. F. and 1975.degree. F. and firing a ceramic over the sintered coating.
