ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a fastener means which utilizes the attraction force of a permanent magnet and which is characterized in that a ferromagnetic member attached to one of the magnetic pole surfaces of an annular permanent magnet constituting the fastener means and having a through-hole extending between the magnetic poles and a ferromagnetic member attached to the other magnetic pole are detachably attracted to each other via said through-hole and that the surfaces of the permanent magnet to which said ferromagnetic members are not attached, excluding the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole or including the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole at its mouth, are covered with a ferromagnetic casing or a ferromagnetic material such as ferromagnetically plated sheet having the thickness of from 0.03 to 0.20 mm.
