ABSTRACT:
Phosphonous acid monoester-monoamides of the formula ##STR1## in which the symbols R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6 and n are as defined in claim 1, are suitable for protecting organic material from the harmful effect of heat, oxygen and light.
