ABSTRACT:
A solid chlorinated polymer product having reduced residual solvent content is prepared by treatment of a solution thereof with steam or hot water in the presence of a separately prepared added chlorinated polymer having a second-order transition temperature at least 20.degree. below that of the chlorinated polymer product which would be obtained in the absence of the added chlorinated polymer.
