ABSTRACT:
An improved process for the production of compounds having the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are lower alkyl by reacting a compound having the formula ##STR2## with sulfuryl chloride in the presence of a catalytic amount of a metal halide, the improvement in the process being reducing undesired impurities.
