ABSTRACT:
A thermoelectric power generator module having a plurality of thermoelectric elements is provided to a heat conduction wall of a heat-exchanger for recovering waste heat of an incinerator and so on so as to perform a power generation. An insulator positioned at a hot side of the thermoelectric power generator module is faced to a hot fluid, and an insulator positioned at a cold side of the thermoelectric power generator module is faced to a cold fluid, so that a large temperature difference over 200.degree. C. can be obtained.
