The present invention relates to new nitrogen-containing organophosphorus compounds having aryloxy or aryl substitutents bonded to phosphorus in ester or phosphine oxide structures. ##EQU1## R is alkyl, bromoalkyl, chloroalkyl or aryl of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R' is R or OR with the proviso that at least one R' is aryl or aryloxy,
