ABSTRACT:
9-(cyclohexenyl or phenyl)-4,7-dimethyl-2,4,6,8-nonatetraenoic acid derivatives as well as 7-(5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5,5,8,8,-tetramethyl-2-naphthyl)-4-methyl-2,4,6-octa trienoic acid derivatives useful for the treatment of neoplasms, premalignant lesions, acne, psoriasis and rheumatic diseases of an inflammatory or degenerative kind.
