ABSTRACT:
The invention provides tetrahydroquinolinylalkylamino pyrimidones, and ring homologues thereof, of the general formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen or an alkyl, alkoxy, halogen or amino-substituent, m and n are each 2, 3 or 4 and R.sup.2 is hydrogen, alkyl or variously substituted benzyl.
The compounds are useful as histamine-H.sub.1 -receptor antagonists.
