New substituted urea compounds of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR1## wherein A is ##STR2## wherein R.sup.3 is an oxadiazol, substituted with C.sub.1-8 -alkyl, C.sub.2-8 -alkenyl, C.sub.2-8 alkynyl, C.sub.3-7 cycloalkyl, benzyl, phenyl, C.sub.1-6 -alkoxy, C.sub.1-6 -alkylthio, amino or alkylamino;
