ABSTRACT:
Mixed analog/digital integrated circuits are disclosed. The mixed analog/digital integrated circuit has a D/A circuit and an A/D circuit which are connected in series to verify the reversibility of the D/A circuit and the A/D circuit, and an attenuator is inserted after D/A conversion and a multiplier with multiplying factor equal to the reciprocal of the attenuation factor of the attenuator is inserted at the output of the A/D converter. A comparator compares the digital data prior to the first D/A conversion with the digital data that has undergone the successive D/A and A/D conversion and level shifting from the attenuator and the multiplier.
