A refrigerating apparatus comprising a refrigerating cycle into which a screw compressor is incorporated, and a liquid super cooler connected on the way of a liquid pipe of said refrigerating cycle, said screw compressor having a gas intake and/or liquid coolant injection opening which is located at a position where the screw blades of the screw compressor have at least partially compressed the gas in the screw compressor.
