ABSTRACT:
An instant picture camera which uses a cassette housing photosensitive sheet material, has a storage area for storing developer agent and forms a visible image after the developing process by the agent in the storage area after exposure is disclosed. The camera includes a rear housing having a cassette housing chamber into which the cassette is loaded. A front housing has a device which can selectively expose the photosensitive material in the rear housing and is also included. A mechanism for advancing photosensitive material forms part of the camera which advances the material after exposure. An upper cover of the camera opens and closes an opening of the cassette housing chamber. The cover includes an opening which permits the discharging of the photosensitive sheet material being processed and advanced by the advancing mechanism to the outside. A folding device for bringing the rear housing and front housing either close to each other or far apart from each other is included in the camera arrangement. A bellows shields light in a space formed between the rear housing and front housing which is operable in association with the folding device. An opening and closing cover for covering the surface of the front housing operates in conjunction with the previous upper cover and folding device.
