ABSTRACT:
Quinidine derivatives of general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an acyl group, and R.sub.2 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, an acyloxy group or an aroyloxy group, as well as the acid addition salts thereof, useful in therapy, particularly, for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia.
