ABSTRACT:
A polyvinyl chloride resin stabilizer is provided having a high concentration of tin, in the range from about 20 to about 35% by weight, and a high concentration of sulfur, within the range from about 10 to about 25% sulfur, comprising [an] a di organotin di alpha- or beta-mercapto carboxylic acid ester and an organotin sulfide.
Polyvinyl chloride resin compositions are also provided containing these stabilizers.
