ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to a liquid composition comprising a C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 carboxylic acid, an ion selected from NH.sub.4.sup.+ and a Group I or Group II metal according to the Periodic Table due to Mendeleef, and water, the ratio of acid to cation is between 2.1 and 4:1 on a chemical equivalent basis.
