ABSTRACT:
A reaction product is prepared from a polycarboxylic acid group containing polymeric material and a polyazetidinol of a specific structural formula. The polyazetidinol can also be formulated into curable compositions both as film forming vehicle or alternatively as an additive to improve mar and humidity resistance.
