ABSTRACT:
A medicament for treating skin is described. It comprises essentially ofbulbine frutescens, centella asiaticaand a phenol derived from olive oil preferably oleuropein. The medicament may be used in the treatment of scars formed during surgery. It may also be used cosmeceutically in the treatment of aged skin where it may be used with phosphatidylserine. The medicament can also act in conjunction with anti-acne treatment to diminish scarring from the acne condition.
